Hour House is a supportive space designed to help new Pilates instructors and students step confidently into their teaching journey. We provide mentoring, hands-on workshops, and opportunities to practise, observe, and teach real classes. Our goal is to guide you from training to being truly studio ready—equipped with the skills, confidence, and experience to thrive as an instructor.
