We have a couple of mats* available, but you’re welcome to BYO.
You’re also welcome to wear ankle weights if that’s what you’re into.

I’m Alana, a Pilates instructor with nearly five years of teaching experience. My partner Harry and I live in Kensington with our two kids, Pop & Lu, and we love being part of this community. I’m passionate about making Pilates accessible, fun, and inclusive—movement should feel good for everyone.
With the rising cost of living, I know flexibility matters now more than ever. That’s why I’m keeping things simple with a drop-in style setup—no contracts, no stress, just a chance to move, breathe, and feel good. Looking forward to seeing you on the mat!
